** So Clueless **

Oh hayyyyyyy...

So here I am looking like a 90's reject from 'Clueless.' Despite this upsetting fact I am hooked on tartan clothing... this was my first (of many) tartan purchases that have been made (I am sorry bank balance!!!!!). The others will be making an appearance here soon :) Although this coat has made so many outings on the old blog I do intact have other coats...but this is obviously my fave! So many beautiful coats out at the moment, I am loving the Missguided.com ones in particular. 

Seeing as the weather is getting a lot colder I thought I would make the most of the amazing leaves and autumnal colours around before it starts snowing and stuff. These photos were taken in a cute little park in Jericho, in Oxford. My bestie Jess and I had to overcome our camera shyness because there was a casual family having a picnic whilst we were posing...so cringe!!

How was everyones weekends? I went to Nottingham for a friends birthday night out.

** All Monochrome Everything **

My friend Jess was down to visit me a few weekends ago so we grabbed the chance to make the most of pretty Oxford sights and got the old camera out for some blog photos while doing a bit of shopping. Needless to say we got a few strange stares, mainly from the tourists- there are so many now you can hardly move! WAH. 

Another practically all black and white outfit from myself... shock! My undeniable love for monochrome will never end. Excuse the rip in my tights... I love low denier tights but they are very hard to keep in one piece! Not so practical. My fave bit of this outfit has to be the necklace (Primark!!!!) and the boots. They were part of my shopping spree bday present from my boyfriend and they are the spitting image of the Vagabond ones but more purse friendly! ha ha ha. The student in me still loves a bargain.

** Marshmallow Jumper & Motel Dress **

This season I am a massive fan of the pink hues that have been emerging. From coats to fluffy jumpers I am 100% sold. 

I got my fluffy marshmallow-esque cropped jumper from Topshop a few months ago & haven't really taken it off. Primark do similar ones with short sleeves for only £10.00 which is a pretty good cheaper alternative. My white dress is a cute skater number by Motel but kindly sent to me by the lovely Corina at Surfdome. For those of you who don't know, Surfdome is a online lifestyle store, great for basics and has tonnes of brands on - check it out!

Another thing I'm LOVING is statement necklaces. I've always been a magpie when it comes to blingy things (although I hate referring to it as bling!). My collection of sparkly pretty things is ever expanding. I've mentioned before the ones in Zara are AH-MAY-ZING. 

Recently I've been mega busy with work ( I have a new job - eee!) but am starting to plan more time to blog so watch this space!! My lovely bestie Jess came to visit me this weekend in Oxford so we used our time wisely in front of the camera of course.

** Dot to Dot **

Hey y'all...

This was just a quickie outfit post before I went to the LiveFriday bloggers team meeting...everything is coming together for the event which is really exciting! I can't wait to unveil my outfits! Will follow up with some photos on my blog next week of course!

This playsuit is such a basic when I'm not sure what to wear, its so low maintenance & I can get away with putting nearly any top underneath & it looks good & is comfy...which is a BIG PLUS. The mesh crop top is a golden oldie that has seen me through many unay nights out when I'm stuck for what to wear. 

On another note.... have you seen the UH-MAY-ZING necklaces Zara have bought out in the past weeks/months?! I've always had a thing for blingy necklaces & they are tempting me so much! 

Not too sure what my hair is doing in this photo... clearly its own thing!

** All White Everything **

WHITE DRESS (VAVERY BRODERIE ANGLAIS SKATER DRESS)- MISSGUIDED.CO.UK / FLATFORMS - TOPSHOP / SUNGLASSES - EBAY / RUCKSACK - PRIMARK

This is what I wore to my friend's BBQ & drinkies in London at the weekend. Turns out I was a bit too  optimistic for sunshine & so my outfit wasn't the most weather appropriate thing I've ever worn, however, nothing was going to stop me wearing this amazing summer dress from Missguided.co.uk. 

I initially saw the dress advertised on the Missguided Facebook page where Rosie Fortescue (from Made in Chelsea) was wearing it. Its so stunning & having spent all summer in search of a white dress, I knew I'd finally found THE ONE.  It's stunning & I love the detail of the broderie anglais lace! 

The story behind these beaut Topshop flatforms is very naughty of me. I went to drinks with a friend who was wearing them and thought how amazing they looked so obviously had to have them. (Absolutely no patience whatsoever!) Unfortunately they were sold out in Oxford so I asked my bestie Jess who was in London to get me some from the Oxford Street store & voila! That's dedication to shoes right there! The rucksack is just a standard Primark jobby. 

Something exciting that I am doing is taking part in an Oxford Fashion Week event called LiveFriday. I'm so excited to be part of it. I'm styling three outfits for it! Will keep you all updated!
