Aloha! 

The past few days have been so lovely and sunny so I took the opportunity to photograph this very summery outfit. I honestly don't know how people fit things in around working full time - it's something I'm yet to master - especially since I've been commuting - goodbye evenings!! However, I'M MOVING TO LONDON IN MAY! Hooray! (I'm going to rope my housemates in to doing blog photos - mwahahahaha)

I've always been a fan of the high waisted jean - they are the most flattering on my figure and so have turned into a go to when jean shopping (which is honestly the longest most painful process - erghhh). I saw these last summer and just thought I need those in my life - my legs need to have those jeans on!! I'm a big fan of a printed jean/trousers as you may of seen in previous posts.

These heels are OMG my dream shoe- they are the Rihanna for River Island ones. Unfortunately I am about 7ft tall with them on which is not ideal and so I'm selling them on ebay after never actually getting to wear them (minus for these photos). They are a size 6 so if you like what you see head over and bid!! :)

Hope you like my new-ish blog layout - its not 100% perfect but its a slow process learning how to use blogger and changing templates without messing the whole thing up - any tips anyone?! Would be very much appreciated!

You could be my ice age sugar

You will all be impressed with myself and Jess for venturing beyond our normal outfit post area. The 'nice' (ish) weather encouraged us to cross the road and check out the park across from our flat. 

To be honest it wasn't that great but it was good to mix things up a bit. We've been craving freedom from our kitty flat because out dissertation deadline was on Wednesday so we've been work work work work work and no play...not fun! We went out last night though and made up for it haha

Today was a bit of a write off due to the hungover state we were in. We spent all day in the library though so some bits got done. 

WAHHHH- can't wait for all the work to be romeo dunn!!! Doing a fashion shoot tomorrow which is helping out for Kitty Jess's fashion project...I have one next week for mine and cannot wait to show you all the photos! YAYYYY! - follow me on INSTAGRAM to see behind the scenes stuff! (LEXIEVEEE)

Date Night with the Gal Pals

This summer my friends and I are totally abusing being home and all together again. A few of us are going away on holiday and others have internships so we're all over the place for the next couple of months. So when we have time together we intend to fully take advantage of it. 

Last night four of us went for dins and drinkies and this is what I wore:

In other news with my blog I write how I speak and I think unless you know me you probably think I'm a bit cafe loco with all the random phrases I use so here is a little 'lexicon' of sayings (cringe) to make more sense of my posts! Haha

• Shocked and nervous - A joke that was formed in Barcelona with my uni gal pals, can be applied to anything really.
• How ya doin' that? - Most used when you disagree with something or you're shocked and nervous e.g. on the existence of Toms: HOW YA DOIN' THAT? 

Cant really think of anymore at the moment, but if you're confused just comment and I'll explain. Will add more to the end of each post!
